We partnered with note!, the first specialized retail brand in Portugal to gather bookshopping, office supplies, magazines and gifts in the same place. With more than 50 stores, note! offers a wide range of products and services, being a reference in these fields.

WHAT IS Digital in store note! - experience and efficiency ?

Note! is a continuously growing brand, with more than 50 stores in the whole country. The improvement of its operational efficiency eases in store operations and makes the customers' experience much better. The digitalization comes as a lever to reach this goal.

OBJECTIVES

The project aims at increasing the efficiency in the whole company, from top to bottom. Making communication between hierarchies and store monitoring better and more fluent, the system will lead to a better experience for everyone related to note!, employees and customers.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This product will be used by note! employees. There will be a back office for management, which will be used by company's higher-ups, and a mobile app used by stores employees in all the stores.
